Thomas was great until he wasnt. He was responsive and helpful before the showing. During the showing he was knowledgeable on the property and the surrounding area. He was helpful and willing to show us two properties even though he was crunching for time. But during the last moments of the showing; he made an unprofessional comment/assumption to myself and my roommates. On top of that he was trying to make it seem like it was a joke. He out right assumed that my roommates and I partook in illegal activities. It felt discriminatory and extremely unprofessional. No matter the age difference. My roommates and I shook off the comment that he made more than once. We then reached out to him and asked some questions about the property/qualification specifics. He didnt return my call nor any of my texts. I would not recommend Thomas by any means.

12 years and 2 home transactions later (in other cities), Burton Rhodes is still the best realtor we've experienced. Professional, personable and despite the fact he had multiple other higher $$ homes he was working at the time, he always made us feel like our home search was the most important. Tom is totally buttoned up and organized. He made the purchase process smooth and drama-free. Excellent negotiator. Property was not on MLS. I wanted to live in the complex so Tom literally knocked on doors to find a willing seller. Highly recommended.
