Ursula was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the entire process of purchasing my home. From the very beginning, she took the time to educate me on what to expect from start to finish, which eliminated a great deal of confusion and allowed me to remain informed and confident throughout the process. She made a genuine effort to understand exactly what I was looking for and consistently went above and beyond to ensure I had the opportunity to view any property that interested me. I truly appreciate her patience, professionalism, and dedication to finding a home that met my specific needs and criteria. At no point did I ever feel rushed or pressured to pursue a property that was outside the scope of what I wanted. Ursula was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and always willing to make time to answer my questions and address any concerns that I had. I am incredibly grateful for her guidance and services. She went above and beyond to help ensure that I found a secure, well-managed property that was right for me. I highly recommend Ursula to anyone looking to purchase a home, and I am confident that she will bring the same level of care, professionalism, and dedication to every future client.

Sally Tawfik is one of the best Realtors we could have asked for in Chicago. My wife and I worked with Sally and her team when we sold our townhome in Logan Square, and she brought a level of organization, clarity, and care that made the entire experience feel manageable from start to finish. From our first conversation, Sally had a clear plan and took the time to explain how each step would work. She was thoughtful, prepared, and highly responsive throughout the process. Her communication was exceptionalaEUR"she kept us updated, answered our questions promptly, and made sure we understood our options before making any decisions. What we appreciated most was Sallys honesty. She gave us straightforward advice about the market and our townhome, supported her recommendations with real information, and never pressured us to make a decision simply because it was convenient. We always felt that her guidance was based on what was best for our family. Sally also brought a strong sense of strategy to the sale. She helped position and market our home effectively, generated strong interest, and kept the process moving efficiently. As a result, we sold our home in record time and were able to move within 30 days. Her preparation and follow-through made a meaningful difference during a very important transition for us. Selling a home is a major financial and personal decision, and Sally handled both sides of it with professionalism and genuine care. Her honesty, organization, market knowledge, and steady guidance are why we consider her a #1 Realtor and one of the top real estate professionals in Chicago. If youre selling a home in Chicago, especially in Logan Square, we highly recommend Sally Tawfik. We would be happy to work with her again.

Adriana has a great pick for us. Very responsive and has a great personality. Made our first home purchase a truly enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend!

Ray always made himself available, day or night, to answer questions. He was highly responsive, on top of communication with us and the sellers. He offered expertise in all areas from what to look for during tours, offer negotiations, and next steps along the way. His office provided all necessary contacts (lending, attorney, etc) as well as referrals for inspection, movers, and companies for needed repairs. I never felt like an annoyance with our many questions & trusted him to have or find any answers we needed. We never felt pushed to make a decision or up our budget. Ray made the whole process smooth and frustration-free.
