Working with Will was an absolute pleasure. From the initial introduction meeting, I knew that I had wanted to work with Will. As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of uncertainty about the process, and he was able to make sure the process was as simple and smooth as possible. I put a lot of trust in Will and was able to get the best deal possible with his support. Whether you're a first-timer or an experienced buyer, I can't recommend Will and his team enough!

John Kralovec was the listing agent on the home I purchased. I would caution anyone against purchasing something he's listed as he lacks integrity and honesty. He made a contractual agreement with his seller to have the home deep cleaned prior to my move in. They ended up scheduling this for the afternoon of closing day and said it wasn't possible to do it beforehand, though I offered to close on the following day and they turned that down. It made me nervous immediately, but since they were legally bound, I assumed they would follow through. That's not what happened. The seller left a lot of personal items and garbage behind, so the cleaners spent all their time trashing those items and didn't clean the home. I showed up to a filthy home and had no time for new cleaners to come since my movers were coming. Again, not only did John and the seller agree to this in the contract, but he also verbally confirmed it several times. He was even there at the final walk-through and said the cleaners would be arriving any minute. My agent and myself expressed concern about the state of the home and the belongings still there and he assured us it would all be taken care of. Then, after closing, when I went to the home and the cleaners were there and I observed that they were having to throw out the seller's personal belongings, I shared my concern with John, who again promised it would all be taken care of. The next day when I arrived with my belongings, I found out it wasn't. The home wasn't clean, and there were even still some personal belongings as well as trash and damaged materials left behind. John didn't apologize but instead told my agent, "I don't think anything will make her happy." It's incredibly unprofessional to violate a legal and an ethical agreement, and then try to act as though I as the buyer was demanding "too much." I extended our closing date past the contractual closing date to accommodate the seller, I scheduled all inspections in one short time window due to the seller not wanting to give access to the home, and the deep cleaning was the only thing I asked for on my end as the buyer. Compass also didn't care one bit that their agent behaved in this manner, so I'd also caution against trusting Compass agents in general. This is my 4th home purchase and I have never met a listing or a buying agent as unprofessional and as lacking in integrity as John Kralovec. I hope this helps him improve.
