I have worked with Meghan Reynolds to buy a townhouse in the Arboretum area, sell that townhouse five years later, and buy a single family home in East Charlotte. From the first time I engaged with her during a first-time homebuyer info session, through the post-move-in questions months after moving into my new home, Meghan has been professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and kind. Even during the most challenging, stressful times when I was overwhelmed with all the paperwork and logistics of selling and buying at the same time, Meghan was patient with me and kept us on track. I feel like she negotiated well on my behalf in all three cases and understood when to pushback and when to settle. I would highly recommend her and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell.

My wife and I have moved 7 times in our 25 years together (now 8 times with Amy's help), so suffice it to say we've had a LOT of experience with Realtors along the way. Most have been good experiences, but I would elevate our experience with Amy to 'GREAT'. I believe a good realtor has to wear many hats, helping buyers and sellers balance expectations with reality. Amy was always available to talk and advise us as we dealt with a changing market (from a sellers market to a buyers market) and some tight timelines on our new house. Her reputation and relationships in the market helped us preserve our new home purchase, while navigating some buyer-dynamics due to a contract falling through late in the process. I believe her positive outlook was perhaps the most important skill we needed as we rode the ups-and-downs of a difficult situation. She always saw a path forward, even when things got tough. She has an amazing eye for detail and gave us valuable staging and market advice to set us up for success. And she never avoided my panicked phone calls when I was getting myself worked up :-) I would highly recommend Amy for any potential buyers and sellers. She's as good a person as she is a realtor!
