ZillowVERIFIED Recently purchased a home with Brian and Megan and had closing process with Amy. It was my first home purchase and needed a strong realtor to help me guide and assist. Firstly I worked with Brian and he misinformed offer making process which later resulted in money loss. After that happened Megan took over and assisted in finishing the close of the home. During the closing process, specifically due diligence period, Amy was not prompt and had delays which made me anxious and nervous. After closing on the home, the team detaches from you and they are no longer helpful. I now am regretting so much for going with compass andy bovender team after reading so many positive reviews. I would not recommend.

While Ive used another family friend in the past for home buying, Id heard wonderful things about working with Meghan, and knew shed be a wonderful fit, especially while navigating buying/selling with small children in mind. Her experience both as a real estate professional and as a working mom were helpful when it came to working through decisions that made most sense for our family as a whole. For a bigger picture, we were selling in NC and buying in SC all at the same time and under a contingency. Our timeline was originally 2025, but after a home caught our eye, Meghan and the Andy Bovender team helped get our home list-ready within 3 weeks and worked diligently with us to ensure closing went smoothly on both ends. Meghan continuously helped ease my anxious mind and present me with well-rounded options, big picture goals, and never wavered in transparency, which is huge for me and my husband. Her time and attention to our needs (and even frustrations) were ultimately the reason we ended up securing our new home. I cant forget to mention how wonderful Melanie Lester was during each interaction. She gave thorough and insightful advice on our many, many questions. Our selling process was met with more speed bumps than the buying process, and Meghan and Melanies patience throughout kept the transaction forward moving. The AB team is equipped with so many important foundational elements, like trusted contractors, detailed inspectors, agency relationships, and market knowledge, which sets them a tier above. While I hope to be in our new home for a very long while, we will certainly employ the AB team for any future real estate needs again. Kudos!

Megan sold our home quicker and for more money than we ever imagined possible. Her familiarity of our neighborhood, Hunter Oaks, along with understanding the desires of potential buyers was invaluable. We knew Megan was the realtor for us immediately after speaking with her on the phone. We did not "interview" other realtors because sometimes you just know when it's a perfect match. Megan has a great balance of being energized yet has a calmness about her. As society has grown to expect immediate responses, Megan does not disappoint. She is reliable, resourceful, and sincere. She listened and addressed our priorities and concerns. For example, our dog was having a hard time with all the activities of selling a home - painters, contractors, potential buyers. Megan worked with us to minimize the impact yet maximize the opportunity. Melanie was fantastic, as well. Very responsive, tons of industry knowledge, and fun to work with! Megan and team did not disappoint!

I am not overstating when I say that having Victoria as my realtor was the only thing that got me through this stressful process. Ellen has been phenomenal to work with. When I first vacationed in Fort Mill, Ellen lined up a number of homes for us to see and was very accommodating. She also kept an eye on the market post our vacation and was always happy to coordinate virtual showings. Ellen was a great person to talk strategy and to really understand the local market and what type of offer structure was required to win the house, given the highly competitive market. We ended up honing in on a home and while we didnt get it the first time, she stayed on it and the original deal ended up falling through. Ellen was very diligent and worked with the selling agent and myself and we got the deal to work and I got an even better priceaEUR|WOW. Ellen worked with me throughout the closing of the house and to this day still answers my questions and provides recommendations. She made me feel she genuinely cared for me and my family and was so thoughtful and went the extra mile in writing my daughter a personal card and gift. As first time buyers, during a pandemic no less, we were definitely nervous, but had absolutely no reason to be! Meghan was such a breath of fresh air and absolutely amazing to work with. She was always responsive to calls, emails, and texts within minutes. Her extensive knowledge of the market really helped narrow down where to look and how to prioritize our wants and needs. The MLS portal she set up for us was updated in real-time with any listings she thought we might be interested in which made it super convenient to browse, like, dislike, and leave a note. When we did go see houses she always had extra masks and gloves just in case, and after giving us time to take everything in she would answer any questions and help us rank how the property fit in to our search. We were never rushed, in fact we were encouraged to take as much time and see as many houses as we needed to, and we always felt like we were a priority. When we did find the perfect house, which ended up being a multi offer situation, Meghan worked her magic and got us under contract comfortably within our budget that same day! Vicki took the time to explain the necessary agreement documents before they were signed. As soon as it went on the market, showings of the house began.
