Overall, Albert is great to work with. He is professional, responsive, communicates well, is accommodating and good negotiator. All of the above is honestly expected in someone with this many years of experience and great reviews, but it is the small things that make the difference to us. For example, Albert will email or text you back confirming he received your email or text, this might be a small thing, but when dealing with stressful process of buying or selling property, it provides peace of mind that your concerns or questions are being addressed immediately and don't have to wonder if it was delivered. We might have been exception, but when we thought of listing our property, he already had clients he worked with that would be good match for the property, essentially, he was able to sell the property for full asking price before it even went on market. We are happy clients!

You couldn't ask for a better agent. Albert has extensive knowledge of the real estate market and helped me close on my condo in midtown. He was there every step of the way and appreciates his clients with the upmost respect. It was a pleasure working with him and if I have any future purchases in mind, I'll be working with him.

Alberts persistence and dedication was paramount in finding us our dream home. His support went above and beyond in assisting with our quick closing process. His high standard in the due diligence process and his attention to detail allowed for trust to be established very quickly.

This wasn't the smoothest transaction due to the buyer, but Albert helped greatly.

Albert is amazing. He was so patient with myself and my husband while looking for our perfect dream home. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and very professional. I would highly recommend Albert!!!
