My wife and I just bought our first home a little over a month ago. And, to be honest, we're still in the process of unpacking boxes. It's been tiresome, a bit stressful, and just generally unpleasant (moving always is). But, upon reflecting on how awful the process of moving is, it made me think back to the home-buying process. Which, for us, was exactly the opposite. It would make total sense that buying a home would be pain-staking... especially your first. But why wasn't it for us? The answer was simple: Monarch Properties and, specifically for us, our realtor Grace Chicca. From day one, Grace was the most professional, organized, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, stabilizing figure we could have ever wished for. From our introductory session --> to visiting homes --> to putting in offers (even having to void one) --> to inspections --> and eventually to closing on a house, Grace was always ahead of the game and guided us seamlessly through each step. She was an *expert* at letting us know exactly what we needed to know, and what options we had, while never overwhelming us. She is, in a word, the best! One of these days we'll eventually finish unpacking all these darn boxes. And we will eventually enjoy our new home that we absolutely adore. But we never would have found this house without Grace's guidance. To her, we owe our deepest gratitude. And to those thinking about going with Monarch Properties, we could not recommend them enough.
