Michelle is nice and super efficient - gives great advice and is an active participant in getting your home sold! We sold our house with her in 2015. She was constantly talking about our home to potential buyers, agents, etc. It really was "word of mouth" that sold our home (from comments Michelle made to a potential buyer at an open house). She was able to give sound advice for closing paperwork and make sure that everything ran smoothly. If you want someone you can trust to get the job done, Michelle is the right agent for you! In 2013, we also worked with Michelle to purchase a new house. She was persistent and actively searching for a house that met our specific needs. The inventory was very low at the time, but she sought out houses from other agents to make sure that we were able to view multiple houses and find the house of our dreams. In 2011, Michelle also helped us purchase a house. We flew into town on a house hunting trip. She was able to schedule viewings of every house we wanted to see, and never tired when we tried to cram tons of houses into just two days. She made us a priority and her knowledge of what we were looking for and knowledge of the area were key in finding a house that worked for our family. We hope not to move for many years, but when we do, we wouldn't use anyone except Michelle Harrington - she is the only agent worth using!

Michelle Harrington has been my real estate agent twice in the past 8 years. She helped me purchase my home in 2007 and now sell the same home in 2015. After some difficulties left me the sole obligor on my mortgage, I truly thought that in the end I would lose my home to foreclosure. Fortunately, a few things went my way last spring and with Michelle's vast experience and knowledge and the turnaround in the real estate market, I made the decision to list the house with her to avoid foreclosure. After her walk through and significant discussions, Michelle recommended a very sensible selling price that she felt would move the property quickly in the current market and yet still allow me to make a small profit. The incredible thing about Michelle is that she almost always answered her cell phone and if not, was very quick to return my call. As I am sure there are with most sales, I had my share of "developments." Yet as busy as she is, Michelle always managed to be there for me and more importantly, always had the right answer! She was professional, patient, kind and supportive throughout this stressful process. In the end, I was able to sell my home within a matter of weeks and successfully avoid foreclosure! Walking away with a little money was also very nice. Michelle has a great deal of integrity and I am once again thankful for her expertise. I, without reservation, give her my highest endorsement and recommend that if you are in the market for a realtor that you look no further than Michelle.
