Compass

Andrew exceeded our expectations, and made the challenge of finding a home in this competitive market possible. Andrew is a calm, welcoming, and knowledgeable resource. He provides an ambience/energy that can be described as comforting stability in what can often be a stressful endeavor; for us, that was so helpful in making it still fun and exciting while also acknowledging the challenge of the current market. We visited at least 14 homes together, and he supported our goals and vision without being pushy, but still being honest when asked for a reality check. He also referred us to a Compass realtor in the ATL area, where we had another property we were initially unsuccessful in selling late 2025 (in large part due to a terrible realtor we initially signed with). Andrew got us in touch with Robbie Harris in ATL, and we sold that property immediately. We whole heartedly recommend Andrew for anyone looking for a realtor in western CT/southeastern NY area.

My husband and I had an excellent experience working with Kimone Johnson in securing our home in a competitive market. We are new to the area, and were grateful to work with someone trustworthy, professional and organized as we navigated the process. We cannot recommend her more as a realtor in the Stamford/Greenwich area! Thanks again Kimone! We cant wait to work with you again in the future.

We couldnt have asked for a better team to represent us in the sale of our home. Staci came highly recommended to us by several people, and from the start, it was clear why. She stood out for her confidence, expertise, and exceptional level of service. Her marketing strategy, specialized expertise, and strong network truly set her apart from other agents in the area. She has an incredible understanding of the market and knows how to position a property to stand out. Her proactive approach, attention to detail, and negotiating skills gave us tremendous confidence throughout the process. Just as importantly, she was incredibly personable and communicative. She was always responsive and one step ahead, while understanding that selling our home was about much more than a transaction. We genuinely felt that she cared about our family and achieving the best possible outcome for us. She consistently went above and beyond and delivered an exceptional result. We are incredibly grateful for everything she did and would recommend her without hesitation.

Andrew Kellmeyer at Compass has been a very reliable agent for us who has been steady, honest and often inspired! He has looked out not just for a house for us, but for the best house for us and he delivered. We found working with Andrew to be very constructive and he has been there for us throughout the whole process, with great understanding and always ready to help with any questions we have had, even following the close of the sale. We highly recommend Andrew Kellmeyer.

Staci and Bob are true professionals and we were grateful to benefit from their years of experience as we sold our childhood home. They guided us through every step of the process from pricing to closing and handled the inevitable challenges with confidence. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell near Stamford Thank you, Staci and Bob!
