My husband and I were first-time home buyers, moving from Brooklyn to Stamford CT. We started our search with Andrew in March 2024. The strong points and the type of buyers that would recognize and be drawn to these aspects of our home. They were also able to quickly find a buyer who came in with a full price offer. They worked with the buyer and introduced them to a local lender that offered a very good interest rate. They kept both the buyer and us calm and informed during the process as we moved through inspection and appraisal, as well as, deal with closing down some open permits at the city that we weren't even aware of. If they weren't proactive, these would have come up on the title search and slowed things down. They were always available and responsive.
