Compass

have ever worked with. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She assisted us with every aspect of the sale from timing to presentation, showings, marketing, negotiations and close. We hired her because she sold our neighbor's house within a week of listing their home, and lo and behold she sold our house within one week of listing too! When she set the price, she set it about $30,000 higher than we would have listed it, and she got the price! She worked very fast to make sure our house got on the market before the competition. She told us exactly what we needed to do to get the house ready for sale at a reasonable cost. She kept in constant contact at all hours to ensure that we knew what to do during showings and expertly guided us through all the pain points. A lot can happen when selling your house but she knew how to handle every situation to make sure the sale went smoothly. Her impeccable integrity is also beyond anything we have ever experienced from any other realtor. In summary, we can't say enough good things about Monika. We will be using her services again and again whenever we need them. I highly recommend that you hire her if you get the chance and we don't give outstanding reviews often!

Alex was amazing and super helpful in assisting me with my first house purchase. I came in with little to no knowledge and left owning a house that I really love!

We recently had the absolute pleasure of working with Alex to sell our Queensbury townhouse! Alex was knowledgeable, supportive, adaptive and honest! Anyone that has sold or bought a home knows the agent is the nucleus of your sanity and success! Alex did an amazing job of taking the reins on things as needed and then just calmly advising on others. Exactly what we wanted and appreciated! It was our pleasure making an acquaintance with Alex and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for an outstanding buying or selling experience!!

Alex Cooley was great to work with throughout the entire process. He was always responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to answer any questions we had. He made everything easy to understand and helped make the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. I highly recommend Alex to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He genuinely cares about his clients and goes above and beyond to help them achieve their goals.

Alex was recommended to me by a friend (bought a house through Alex as well) and made the right decision to go with him. He was always looking out for my best interest and guided me through all the process that landed me my first house! Highly appreciate Alex and his team and highly recommend him!
