My wife and I recently bought our first home in north Raleigh, and we could not have asked for a better real estate agent than Cathy. Since we were moving from out of state, we knew the process could be challenging, but Cathy made it feel manageable every step of the way. Cathy took a challenge with my house. It had been sitting on the market for almost a year due to a previous realtor. She listed it in August and it sold in October (Closing date Nov). The moment she walked in, she put herself in the buyer's shoes and showed me things I needed to highlight, change or fix. She has been extremely responsive and very professional as well as positive/encouraging. The only thing I will say is this. I wish I had listed with her in the first place (Hindsight).

Whether buying or selling, Cathy has been a tremendous help in making our realty dreams come true! When my husband and I recently sold our house, she was available day and night to answer our questions, give advice/reassurance, and make sure everything ran smoothly. She gave tips on how to prepare our house for showings, she set up staging materials to give the house that extra pizazz, and handled all the interactions with potential buyers/etc beautifully. Ultimately we found a buyer for our house within days of putting it on the market!
