Tony and Hayley were a joy to work with from start to finish on the sale of our house. My husband and I found a house out of state, made an offer, offer was accepted and we came back having a pretty tight deadline to get our house sold. Our house was on the market for just about two weeks and we got multiple offers. Tony helped us make logical decisions from the time we accepted an offer all the way up until the time our house closed escrow. He kept things moving along and if a deadline wasn't met on a contingency, he made sure that the other agent was aware that we needed to keep things going. He and Hayley crossed all the t's and dotted all the i's. Nothing was left undone. They started out as our agents, but they have now became our friends through this whole process and we cannot wait for them to visit us! I cannot say enough good things about them. I had a great experience in working with Dillon to buy my house. I met Dillon at an open house and found him to be friendly, transparent, and he did not put pressure on me, then, or ever. In fact, I feel like he was always having my best interests in mind-really treating me like a friend. He earned my trust early on. Dillon showed me numerous houses that were on the market, and when we found the one that I wanted to buy, he and his team did all of the right things to make the transaction go smoothly. Actually, it was Dillons skills in working with the listing agent that led to my offer being accepted, even though there were other offers on the table. Once we entered escrow Dillon remained very available to me for questions and advice, and he always followed through on the things that needed to be done. He watched over everything and he checked in with me often. Dillons relaxed and honest manner led to a fairly stress-free transaction for me, even though it was the first house that I have bought. I could not recommend him any higher!
