They used our criteria to find a range of best candidate homes and filtered out all the no-gos, which we appreciated and saved us a lot of time. They helped us select and consider a lot of additional aspects of home type and location that we didnt initially think about, and ultimately we ended up with the best situation in the end. This is partly due to their being raised here in Sonoma County, so they know the location and they know the people. During the bid process, Tony and Haley guided us through everything we needed to do to provide a compelling and competitive offer. As a first time home buyer, I was completely new to the process and they answered all of my many questions with patience and kindness. They enthusiastically showed us any house in which we showed interest (no matter where it was or what the condition) and we never felt pressured or like we were wasting their time. Tony and Hayley truly want to help their clients find their dream homes and they aren't satisfied until they find the perfect place. Once we found our perfect place, they wrote a top notch professional offer, skillfully negotiated with the seller's agent, and helped us through the rather complicated escrow period.
