If you're looking for a realtor, who is going to do everything they can for you with the upmost, patience, and kindness, Marla would be your go to!

This was our fourth house sale with Marla. My husband and I love working with her because she is easy to communicate with and she is on top of the real estate market. She had our house staged which we feel really made the house shine. Once our house was under contract she helped us find contractors to deal with the inspection objection. She even met with a few contractors herself. She also negotiate with the buyers on the inspection resolution. Marla is just a pleasure to work with and we would whole heartedly refer her to anyone.

I needed to sell a property that would only appeal to developers, so I was worried that it would be difficult. Instead, Marla was able to get me under contract in a matter of hours. Her marketing abilities and connections are what made it happen. She helped me negotiate a price that was higher than I expected and was helpful all the way through closing. I would definitely recommend her for anyone who needs an agent in the Denver area.

Highly Recommend!! Marla went above and beyond when selling our home. Being out of state made us a bit nervous at first but Marla put us at ease. She was ready to work and highly knowledgeable about the entire process. She?s the agent you want on your side. Excellent Agent! We would definitely work with her again.

Working with Marla was an absolute dream. She was amazing to work with from start to finish and helped guide me through the entire home buying process. Her expertise, support, guidance and knowledge made what could have been a stressful experience incredibly smooth. I couldn't have done it without her.
