ZillowVERIFIEDHighly Recommend!! Marla went above and beyond when selling our home. Being out of state made us a bit nervous at first but Marla put us at ease. She was ready to work and highly knowledgeable about the entire process. She?s the agent you want on your side. Excellent Agent! We would definitely work with her again.
ZillowVERIFIEDI needed to sell a property that would only appeal to developers, so I was worried that it would be difficult. Instead, Marla was able to get me under contract in a matter of hours. Her marketing abilities and connections are what made it happen. She helped me negotiate a price that was higher than I expected and was helpful all the way through closing. I would definitely recommend her for anyone who needs an agent in the Denver area.
ZillowVERIFIEDMarla Doughty was amazing throughout the whole process! She was able to quickly jump on the house I wanted and made it happen! Marla was so professional, responsive, and helpful throughout this process. Everything went extremely smooth and painless as she answered all my questions and made sure any concerns I had were addressed. I would definitely recommend Marla and her team! I cant thank Marla enough for the amazing journey to my new home!
ZillowVERIFIEDMarla Doughty is absolutely fantastic! She helped me buy a new condo and sell my old one. I was dumb and put the cart before the horse... I bought my new condo before closing on my old condo so I was a huge ball of stress! Marla navigated two very tricky condo deals at the same time and managed to keep everything on track and closed both with very few hiccups. She was wonderful!! I very highly recommend Marla!
ZillowVERIFIEDI met Marla to share what Im looking for in a realtor and also in a property. My main intention was to connect with someone I can brainstorm ideas with, upcoming areas, price ranges, market research, housing options etc. I got all that plus I got references to Loan providers to keep my processing going. It was a very smooth process. When I was unsure about home buying we would just check every few weeks to see where I am at. When I made the decision, it was a very fast process with quick turnarounds. Even for properties I couldnt visit, Marla took videos and sent me while I was traveling so that the home search continue. All in all, great help. Id highly recommend others to work with Marla. Thank you.
