After meeting Don for the first time, I immediately knew he was the right real estate agent for me to help me sell my second home in Arcata, CA. As I was not very familiar with the real estate market in that area, Don was very informative and helped me understand the market conditions as well as provided great references for housekeeping and landscaping services I needed to prep the house for the market. One of the things I appreciated the most about Don was his responsiveness and his willingness to accommodate my schedule for meetings. He was very prompt with returning texts, phone calls and e-mails. He was very pro-active with marketing my house and I received multiple offers within days and closed escrow within a month of listing the property! Don was also very entertaining to converse with, which made the whole experience very pleasant. Couldn't recommend a more capable real estate agent in Humboldt County!

Don has been fantastic in guiding us through the maze and pitfalls of selling the house. We could not have done this without him He is knowledgeable and helpful, and also very likable and down-to-earth. We could not be happier.

Don Chinn was a pleasure to work with. Friendly, always smiling and answered my many questions right away. He was always helpful and knowledgeable . I would no hesitate to recommend him.

We worked with Don for several months to find our new home in Humboldt County. Don grew up here and knows the area very well. He was able to line up essential inspections immediately to help give us the information we needed to make our decisions. His calm demeanor was very helpful when inspections revealed problems we did not expect. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.
