ZillowVERIFIED Don was great through the entire process of selling our home. This was the first time we have coordinated the sale and simultaneous purchase of another home. This adds complexity, but when you add in the fact that we were moving to another state, and working with a second realtor for a home purchase, there were many things that could have gone wrong. Don kept good communications open with us, and our other realtor, and stayed on top of the process to ensure things kept moving along. He used his local knowledge to help us find a contractor who could perform some repairs that came up in an inspection quickly and reasonably. And when our first buyer cancelled one week before closing (not due to anything we or Don had done), he quickly got our home back on the market and found a cash buyer, so our closing and move was only delayed by three weeks. We would definitely recommend Don to others.

He was quick to respond and very helpful. We don't live in the area so we were unable to see the home in person - so we asked him to see it for us, and he quickly arranged for this to happen. He asked if we wanted to facetime while he checked out the house, but we decided we didn't need to. However, he ended up sending us a video of the walkthrough he did, which turned out to be incredibly helpful, and ultimately helped us in deciding to buy it! He even drove around the neighborhood a bit to give us an idea of the area since we were unfamiliar with Eureka. We appreciated his thoughtfulness and thoroughness. Don was able to close my escrow in a very short time frame and was also able to have all inspections done in a week while I was here so I could meet with all of them personally. Don also over saw that all work that needed to be done after the home inspections was done correctly and in a timely manner I was unable to be there for the final work that was competed.
