When I first started contemplating with the idea of buying a house I sat down with Melanie and she walked through everything with me. As a first time homebuyer I naturally had a lot of questions. I walked away from that meeting feeling really reassured as I was shown step by step how the home buying process worked and what to expect.Flash forward a few months later in an insane sellers market Melanie was able to get me into showings before open houses which gave me an advantage in a very competitive market. When it came time to put in offers she was right on top of it and got me all the documents I needed to sign right away. As in a competitive market, there was some negotiation and terms I had to decide on quickly. I asked Melanie for her opinion on occasion and she was always professional, helpful and never pressured me which allowed me to come to the decisions on my own. In a stressful environment, she made it management and enjoyable which was refreshing. Spending time with her you can see right away that she knows what she is doing and is a true professional. She will hustle for you, get results and make you feel confident and comfortable throughout the entire process. She makes herself available and was there to answer any call, text or email I sent. Her resources and recommendations for a mortgage broker, real estate attorney, etc. were great and amazing to work with. They also all had a good relationship with Melanie which really helped throughout this whole process. I am so happy that I had Melanie in my corner when purchasing my first home. It's an experience that I'll never forget. If you are looking for a real estate agent, look no further - she is amazing to work with and I highly recommend!
