There are so many wonderful qualities to Melanie its hard to even know where to begin. I would say the two things though that really make her stand out would first be her knowledge of the industry. She knows all the ins and outs of the real estate world (which we all know right now is tricky to navigate) but when you have someone as experienced as Melanie all our questions got answered perfectly, correctly & honestly. The second greatest part about her would be her responsiveness and the way she would respond. Since this is my husband & I's first home of course we had all the first home buyer jitters. Melanie's calm, cool & collected tone would constantly put us at ease. There were nights where I would call her nervous about a step in the process and she would assure me how normal my concerns were and how it was okay to not know every single thing about homeownership, thats what she was there for. To help us and guide us through all the twists and turns. Our new home had some high interest which created a bidding war. But again the determined woman that Melanie is guided us to make the best offers possible and she made sure we were comfortable with everything that we were doing. She was never pushy and always made sure we felt comfortable with our offers and that we stayed within our means. When Melanie called us and told us we got the house you could hear it in her voice that she was genuinely ecstatic for us.
