Colorado River Top Producers Realty

Heather Rickets is an exceptional real estate agent. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Heather to find a new home for my mom, and I cant say enough good things about the experience. From our very first meeting, she listened carefully to what my mom was looking for and showed such genuine care in helping her find not just a house, but a place she could truly call home. Heather was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and proactive throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand her needs and preferences, and every home we viewed felt thoughtfully chosen. When we finally walked into the one, we all just knewaEUR"it was perfect in every way. Beyond the home search, Heather and Scott guided us smoothly through the negotiation, inspection, and closing process, answering every question and calming every concern with professionalism and kindness. Thanks to Heather Rickets my mom is now happily settled in a beautiful home that fits her life perfectly. We are so grateful and would recommend Heather Rickets without hesitation to anyone looking for a truly dedicated and caring real estate professional.

Heather did a wonderful job helping us with the sale of our property. She was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and made us aware of many loopholes. She kept us constantly updated, in writing, verbally and with emails. She is wonderful at her job!

Heather was kind, courteous and professional throughout the buying experience. She was a tentative to my requests and willing to do the extra work required without hesitation. Thank you for making the buying experience an enjoyable one.

From day one, Heather gave me her honest opinion, and suggestions to sell my home. I appreciated her expertise, made the repairs. My house sold in 2 days! Heather communicated with me through the whole process, quick response. I would recommend Top Producers to anyone wanting to buy or sell!!!

Heather & Matt went above and beyond helping us purchase our new home. I would recommend Top Producers Realty to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Even after escrow had closed they continued to help us with coordinating painters, cleaners, repair technicians etc. This being our second home and us not able to be at the property ourselves to let people in, Matt made multiple trips over to lock and unlock the place on our behalf. Heather was amazing with negotiating price and concessions. Definitely will be using them in the future for any realty needs.
