Heather Rickets has been a licensed realtor since 1989. Heather and her family moved to Bullhead City in 1997 to pursue a new home building company of their own and further her Real Estate career as an Associate Broker. She continues her success as Co-Owner and Designated Broker of Colorado River Top Producers Realty. Scott Leprich brings 20 years of telecommunications management, with emphasis on sales and customer service to the Real Estate industry. Since 2004, Scott has supported to economic growth of Bullhead City through his association with The Parkway Specialists team and community realtions. He is now Co-Owner of Colorado River Top Producers Realty. Together Heather and Scott offer over 30 years of combined service to our community, as well as being avid members of the community, earning the name "The Parkway Specialists."
