ZillowVERIFIEDHeather & Matt went above and beyond helping us purchase our new home. I would recommend Top Producers Realty to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Even after escrow had closed they continued to help us with coordinating painters, cleaners, repair technicians etc. This being our second home and us not able to be at the property ourselves to let people in, Matt made multiple trips over to lock and unlock the place on our behalf. Heather was amazing with negotiating price and concessions. Definitely will be using them in the future for any realty needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Heather Rickets is an exceptional real estate agent. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Heather to find a new home for my mom, and I cant say enough good things about the experience. From our very first meeting, she listened carefully to what my mom was looking for and showed such genuine care in helping her find not just a house, but a place she could truly call home. Heather was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and proactive throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand her needs and preferences, and every home we viewed felt thoughtfully chosen. When we finally walked into the one, we all just knewaEUR"it was perfect in every way. Beyond the home search, Heather and Scott guided us smoothly through the negotiation, inspection, and closing process, answering every question and calming every concern with professionalism and kindness. Thanks to Heather Rickets my mom is now happily settled in a beautiful home that fits her life perfectly. We are so grateful and would recommend Heather Rickets without hesitation to anyone looking for a truly dedicated and caring real estate professional.

ZillowVERIFIED Heather is an outstanding realtor. My home had been on the market for over a year and I was frustrated with what became a grueling process. Heather was recommended to me by a trusted friend. I listed with Heather in a very sluggish market and she sold my home within a few months. Heather made practical recommendations on showing the home, presenting the home online, and pricing the home. Heather negotiated the sale and also managed repairs that were needed to close escrow. I am very thankful for Heather, and her team, for the extremely effective marketing, negotiation, and closing of escrow on my home. There is no substitute for the exceptional professionalism that was exemplified by Heather and her team. I have worked with many realtors and Heather is definitely the best of all. I highly recommend Heather and her team -

ZillowVERIFIED She's the best! When she sold me the home 14 years ago, I had no idea I'd be calling her again in 2024 to list it for sale. I was impressed with her expertise in 2014, and remain so today. Heather found a contingent buyer soon after listing my home, but it took 6 months for his house to sell; Heather was with us both on the somewhat bumpy road this journey took. She was always very responsive, pleasant, knowledgeable about the steps involved, and patient when my impatience made me cranky. I'd suggest you call Heather if you're seeking a realtor who knows what she's doing and can get the job done!

ZillowVERIFIED Heather took my 'cold call' (I live out of state and was selling a property in BHC) and immediately responded with comps, details, thoughts, and recommendations. She was a life saver throughout the closing process with an FHA loan - which I was not familiar with - a title company that performed poorly, and a national holiday on the day the buyer chose as closing day. She arranged for repairs required by the FHA, made negotiation suggestions, etc. not to mention getting us an offer within 4 days with her recommended pricing. Amazing. I can't recommend her enough.

ZillowVERIFIED We have used Heather Rickets several times to be our real estate agent in the Mohave Valley, AZ. Heather knows the area, keeps up with market trends, and is responsive and available to our questions and needs. Heather scheduled and worked with repair companies at our request and kept us updated on the status of the repairs. As a lender, I have worked with numerous agents and appreciate Heather's tenacity, her can-do attitude, and her professionalism when interacting with the other sides of a transaction. I have had no concerns when working with Heather and her team and have valued our professional relationship. You will not be disappointed!

ZillowVERIFIED Heather Rickets did an outstanding job selling our home. We live out of state and she helped set up contractors, met with them at the property and coordinated the work and repairs that had to be accomplished after the tenants vacated the property. She was professional, patient, made many helpful suggestions and kept in constant contact during the entire process up to and including the closing. She was a pleasure to work with and prevented us from having to travel 1000's of miles to accomplish the work that was needed before listing the property. We received excellent service and sold our home "Fast!". We are so glad we chose Colorado River Top Producers Realty to sell our home, and in particular, Heather Rickets as our agent.

ZillowVERIFIED This is actually the third time Heather represented us or a family member in a real estate transaction. That alone should tell you how pleased Ive been with her expertise and professionalism. Way back in 2006, I asked her to sell a house we owned on the Parkway. She had it sold in less than 10 days at full price, and closed without drama in 30 days. My wife and I are older now, and we decided a condo would be a better choice for us. Heather had represented our daughter in her purchase of a condo here in Bullhead last year, and we asked Heather to keep an eye out for a condo in the same area for us. She showed us several places that for various reasons werent quite perfect for what we had in mind. Heather never made us feel like we needed to make a decision. Rather, each showing shed tell us how much she enjoyed showing real estate. We did fall in love with the perfect condo in the perfect location, but we needed a long escrow. Not only did Heather negotiate a fair purchase price, but she structured the offer to allow for a closing date that met our needs. Heather coordinated inspections, title search, and all the other stuff required, and we closed last week. I also understand that this type of top notch service doesnt happen in a vacuum. Rather, it is a reflection of the professional office and staff at her real estate company. You will absolutely not be disappointed with Heather or her real estate company representing you in the Bullhead City area.

ZillowVERIFIED While coping with the loss of a loved one, Heather's team came to our aid like a family would. Put simply, our family never saw this as a business transaction - they came to our rescue. We've made several real estate transactions over the years and were familiar with the process, but they guided us through with no assumptions and with complete wherewithal that we needed more than your usual amount of support. Also, as this is our SECOND sale of a property with the team, we can attest that our experiences were amazing YEARS apart under COMPLETELY different circumstances. The team shows tenacity, expertise, fluidity... all the while truly caring the about the people they serve. This is the team you want and need to get the job done.

Scott was amazing at helping me get work completed on the property and to ready it for showings and the open house. I didn't work with Rocky much, but I know he helped Scott with a few projects for me. Once the offers came in, Tara was very efficient with handling the paperwork and communicating with me.
