I rarely do reviews but I so much to say about MarquesaaEUR| Weve recently relocated to Colorado Springs and went through two different buyers agents before we finally found Marquesa. Thank God we did! Ive lived in 9 states and owned multiple homes and Marquesa is, by far, one of THE best realtors Ive ever had the privilege of working with. No wonder shes not only one of the top realtors in Colorado, but the NATION, as well! I'm not sure how she remains humble, but she does. Marquesa is highly knowledgeable, responsive, organized, patient, kind, connected, comfortable, relational, compassionate, and so much more. Not to mention, her negotiating skills are topnotch. We knew nothing of the area and had very specific needs (acreage/farm, multi-units for income potential, not too far from the city, but not too close, mountain views that didnt break the bank, etc.), had already put offers in on two other homes (that didnt appraise), and at the end, we had only TEN DAYS to find AND close on a home (not kidding)! Considering what our wants and needs were, that was an impossible task! Not only did Marquesa help us find a needle in a haystack, she managed to negotiate our close date to match our timeline, got all the inspections set up and completed, did the research we needed for our property- going so far as to talk to the county on our behalf- worked with THE most challenging sellers agent weve ever seen, negotiated the price down so we walked in with automatic equity, and even worked with our lender to get our money to close figure down. In short, Marquesa made it possible for us to be in our dream home, and in less than 6 months, we now have a growing, successful Airbnb up and running. People come from all over the country just to stay here. I still cant believe it! I will forever be grateful to have crossed paths with Marquesa. Whats more impressive is that she didnt forget about us after close. She has continued to keep up with us, frequently reaches out to see if we need anything as we renovate our property, invites us to the special events she hosts for her clients (SO fun!!), and has even randomly dropped off treats.
