Wendy was always readily available by email or text. She would pull together showings with less than a day's notice sometimes. We liked that she would give information and answer questions about the different properties and the area directly rather than try to sell us. Wendy is a down to earth person which we also appreciated. We moved to Holland from Illinois and the "process" there is much more formal and has a great deal more steps. Sometimes we did not fully understand the process in Michigan which is why we did not give her 5 stars on that one. Don't hesitate to use Wendy. She's on it!

Being on the east side of the State, John was very accommodating and patient. He communicated very well and made sure I knew what was taking place and what I need to do in the process. He also explained the why and what was happening. I highly recommend John and appreciate his effort and attitude.

He was extremely helpful and encouraging during a manic market, and was able to arrange everything so that we closed on our property within 50 days of first viewing it, during a pandemic, no less. He is very professional and personable, with a wealth of experience and knowledge that he is willing to share. My husband and I were inexperienced homebuyers, having only done this once before with a real estate agent who was not John! John walked us through the process every step of the way. He is a good communicator, always available through phone calls, emails and texts, and was waiting for us at each appointment. He even stopped by to drop off appliance coupons, which saved us over $300! We couldnt have done it without him! My husband and I both highly recommend John!
