ZillowVERIFIEDWendy was always readily available by email or text. She would pull together showings with less than a day's notice sometimes. We liked that she would give information and answer questions about the different properties and the area directly rather than try to sell us. Wendy is a down to earth person which we also appreciated. We moved to Holland from Illinois and the "process" there is much more formal and has a great deal more steps. Sometimes we did not fully understand the process in Michigan which is why we did not give her 5 stars on that one. Don't hesitate to use Wendy. She's on it!

She was able to show properties at a moments notice as we were in town for short periods of time as we were out of town buyers. We live in Chicago but looked for a place in Saugatuck so we needed an agent that was very responsive and could show us many properties in a short period of time. Wendy was able to take us around to many different properties in one day and explain the market and give her expertise on the area. Once we found our place she was invaluable in coordinating between the property management company, the agent and different vendors. We cannot say enough good things about Wendy. If you're looking for an outstanding real estate agent she is the ONE!

ZillowVERIFIED Wendy contacted me within minutes of sending my email through the real estate app. Others had basically refused to deal with me until I'd gotten pre-approved for a loan, Wendy informed me that I needed to do this but in the mean time she discussed with me what I was looking for and began sending me listings. Although I work an odd schedule Wendy was very prompt about responding to any messages I would have. Once we got to looking at the houses I was interested in, she was very knowledgeable in all the things that are important, such as furnaces, water heaters, windows, etc. She pointed out things that I didn't even think of. After finding my house and all the paperwork was signed Wendy stayed in contact to ask how the house was going for me (I love it) and if I had any other questions. She's very professional yet easy to get along with. I've already recommended Wendy Ryder to friends.

Wendy would go to the unit and be sure it was in "selling" shape. She did not push me to make a sale if I was not comfortable with the price. She was willing to have any number of open houses if necessary. The advertisement in the local paper was excellent. I would totally recommend Wendy as an agent.
