Coldwell Banker Woodland

Cheryl helped us so much and worked long hours to ensure we got the best deal possible. She was there for us individually as buyers not for her own profit. She has shown she cares.

Cheryl did an awesome job and I couldn't be happier. She made herself available to me and worked around my schedule when looking at homes. I appreciated her knowledge of the area and neighborhoods that I was not familiar with. She went above and beyond by handling some things on her own in an effort to avoid stress on my part. Cheryl's experience alone would make her a great choice when choosing a realtor. 5 stars

Cheryl has instant credibility with clients. Her experience with the selling process helped me navigate easily through the negotiation. I also appreciated the data she brought to my attention as we considered how to price our property.

Cheryl was phenomenal. She exceeded all of our expectations as first-time home buyers. She was responsive, advocated for us, and went out of her way to get us answers. I fully trusted that she had our best interest in mind. I couldn't recommend her enough!

Cheryl is absolutely wonderful to work with , and did a terrific job on all aspects of our home sale. Very responsive, and knowledgeable. Cheryl is very easy to communicate with and gives you confidence she has your best interests always .
