ZillowVERIFIED Cheryl did an awesome job and I couldn't be happier. She made herself available to me and worked around my schedule when looking at homes. I appreciated her knowledge of the area and neighborhoods that I was not familiar with. She went above and beyond by handling some things on her own in an effort to avoid stress on my part. Cheryl's experience alone would make her a great choice when choosing a realtor. 5 stars

ZillowVERIFIED Cheryl never wavered even when we changed our minds and later when we had multiple houses we were hanging on. She became familiar with a new area (geographically) and was willing to take us to houses on very short notice. We have worked with Cheryl before and when we needed a realtor there was no question about who to call. A great advocate and she gets you answers!

ZillowVERIFIED I've worked with Cheryl on several real estate transactions, and she has always been amazingly helpful. She's quick to respond, and most recently, navigated me through the prompt and successful sale of my boat slip. (She's also helped me purchase a condo in the past).

We had a great experience with Chery. She guided us through a few bumps in the process and it all worked out well. Our home sold quickly so we were able to purchase our new home as planned. She has continued with some follow-up details, which is much appreciated.

She kept us informed up here and was great at the end pushing for required paperwork that seemed to stall. We very pleased with the way she handled all.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I recently worked with Cheryl to sell our house, which was a wonderful experience. Cheryl's knowledge of the market and strategy for selling our home maximized the proceeds. Of course, I am not saying this situation will apply to everyone, but having an experienced, competent relator made this situation possible. Cheryl knew the right price to list our house, and we had 12 showings the next day; this outcome comes from her knowing the local market. We also bought this house with Cheryl, and even her strategy then helped us beat other offers. Cheryl is a competent realtor, and with the market being oversaturated with relators, it's nice to have someone who knows what they are doing and makes the process smooth.

ZillowVERIFIED Cheryl was so great to work with. As first time homebuyers we were pretty clueless to the process. But Cheryl was able to answer all our questions and took her time to help find the perfect house for us. There's no way we would have gotten to this point without her direction and expertise. Even with COVID our texts, calls or emails were answered with no delay. If you want someone that will get the job done and make the process as painless as possible, look no further.

ZillowVERIFIED Cheryl was great. She narrowed down a list of 30 plus homes to cater to a list of 15 homes that were more of what we were looking for. She drove us around to each home and gave us a guided tour with the ins and outs of the areas/schools/restaurants/things to do....After only 8 hours we found our dream home and late that night got a call that our offer was accepted. Not bad for a days work!

ZillowVERIFIED Within the last year we had Cheryl represent us for three separate real estate transactions. Her knowledge of the current market and the area we were in were extremely helpful with the decisions we had to make. We sold two houses, purchased property and were building a new house all at the same time. Having Cheryl represent us allowed us to focus on our new home and not have to worry about other things going on. When anything came up she was right on top of things and responded to any of our questions immediately. I don't know what we would have done without Cheryl's expertise guiding us every step of the way. She is by far the best real estate agent we have ever worked with!!

ZillowVERIFIED The house Cheryl just helped me sell, she actually sold to me 13 years ago. I went back to Cheryl to sell the house because of how nice and personable she was. Also, she is very knowledgeable in her field. She made both the buying and the selling of the house about as simple as it gets. She did all the hard work behind the scenes, leaving mostly just some papework to sign. Ive never dealt with another realtor, and I don't plan to. I couldn't recommend her any more highly. She's honest, trustworthy, and when she says she will meet you or call you at a certain time, it's on the dot every time. I will definitely go see Cheryl again when I buy my next property/house.

ZillowVERIFIED Cheryl does a fantastic job. My time was limited and need for a house was immediate. She spent a lot of time along with one of her associates showing me houses that fit my budget, needs and lifestyle. It was a low pressure experience where I felt that they are looking for my interest of meeting my budget and home needs. I am happy with the experience I had working with her. I felt that my needs were met and I was listened to. She put me in a house that satisfied me, made me happy and feel welcome in my new house! Thank you Cheryl you rock!

ZillowVERIFIED Cheryl was a pleasure to work with. She was able to accommodate to my unique situation and find us our dream home. I was in the process of moving from Hawaii to Michigan (military PCS) and had a small window of opportunity to view homes with her. She didn't waste any time showing me homes starting early on a Sunday morning. By Tuesday, we had seen over 40 homes and found the one we wanted. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know.

ZillowVERIFIED I have known Cheryl for about 14 years. She has handled herself as a professional. I have had the opportunity to use her as a realtor two times. Once she helped me sell an apartment building. That went very smooth all the business was handled well. The next time she helped me purchase a Condominium. The condo project was challenging. The owner was difficult and didn't want to negotiate in good faith. She helped the deal go thru so everyone was happy including my wife who really wanted that Condo.
