What can I say about Pam Ratcliffe at Coldwell Banker West except that she contains the rare qualities of being an extremely warm and trustworthy person along with being a stellar, exceedingly competent, and outstandingly conscientious businesswoman. A few years ago, she helped us purchase our beautiful home. We were new to the area and looking to change real estate agents since we were dealing with somebody who was just unavailable most of the time, and she was a breath of fresh air in every sense of the word. We had a day and a half to find a home to move into, and she helped make that happen.
