A few years ago, she helped us purchase our beautiful home. We were new to the area and looking to change real estate agents since we were dealing with somebody who was just unavailable most of the time, and she was a breath of fresh air in every sense of the word. We had a day and a half to find a home to move into, and she helped make that happen. Recently, she helped us sell that home, which we thought we would be staying in for the long term, and she helped us negotiate all the hiccups along the way that were out of our control. In the end, we ended up getting absolutely the best deal. Along the way, with both buying and selling, we felt like we were her only clients, and I have a feeling thats how everybody feels when they work with Pam. Along with her extensive knowledge of the market and her tough but fair negotiating skills, her responsiveness in dealing with us as clients was unparalleled. I cant recommend her highly enough. The house my three siblings and I were needing to sell was our parent's house that had been rented previously. None of us living in the San Diego area anymore, and the house in more disrepair then we had hoped, Pam and team fixed up the house frugally inside and out, put it on the market, with tons of people coming to the open houses and selling very quickly. All the while taking calls with helpful answers to our many questions from my siblings and me. Pam and the team did a great job being patient sometimes hand-holding when needed as well as being fierce in the negotiations getting as much as we could for the house. We wanted a Buyer's agent and that is what we found in Pam. In her we didn't just find an agent we found a life long friend. Pam's primary focus is the client and her relationship with them and the results she gets speak for themselves. She gains a friendship with many of her clients while still maintaining her volume in sales. When looking for homes, Pam believes in seeing as many as you need so you can get a feel of the home you want. She is not the type that just says let's look at 3-5 homes and be done. She will patiently look with you until you find the right home that fits your needs. I spoke to a client of hers that she wrote numerous offers for and when I see them interact at church they are best of friends. That interaction spoke volumes to my wife and I. Pam took us on 2 house hunting trips but then my job moved us away from San Diego,however Pam wanted to stay involved with our home buying process. What a delightful experience it has been. We hit about a million bumps in the road, and ones that our past realtors couldn't get us over, and we still made it out on top. They are very willing to fight for you when they need to and they make you feel like you matter as a person and not just as a paycheck. I would recommend team ratcliffe to everyone and I plan to go back to them when we sell our house!

ZillowVERIFIED We would highly recommend Joe Gover and his team to anyone who wants an ethical, hardworking Realtor. We started our home buying journey with a referral to a Realtor from our bank with promise of cash back at closing....... Long story short, we never even met her because she was always too "busy" for us. Next, we went with a high profile Realtor who promised to be aggressive and get us a home. We soon found out that he was playing both sides and being dishonest with us. We never would have been able to get a home in this market with that Realtor. So we got a taste of the nightmare of bad Realtors in this tough foreclosure market. We needed to find a home fast as we were expecting a baby in just 2 months. We, by chance, met Joe Gover at an open house and we remember being really impressed with his honest, candid view of the market. After we released our other Realtor we decided to call him up and give him a try. We found Joe to be extremely kind to us. Something we didn't expect but were very grateful for. He worked his butt off for us and found us a house. He handled the negotiations with the seller with absolute perfection. We almost lost the property to a cash buyer several times. I called Matt Gover at Team Ratcliffe asking for help, he professionally took the challenge and within five days after open house, we opened escrow. Got funded today and wouldn't be more happier!
