Coldwell banker Walla Walla

Jasons timely responsiveness and negotiation skills assisted us in understanding the key items to focus on when buying our home. He was our trusted advisor throughout the process always open to discuss and evaluate the properties we were interested in. I would highly recommend Jason!

Jason was very quick to get the property listed, shown and sold. We had it for sale by owner for 4 weeks before deciding to use Jason at Coldwell Banker as a listing agent. The process was so quick, we never in met in person as we live 90 minutes away from the listing! Thanks to him the property closed in 45 days approximately from when we listed it.

Working with Jason was an excellent experience. He made the process so easy for us. Jason was so knowledgeable and helpful. He went out of his way to help us buy our first home from across the country. He took the time to give us video tour and answered our many questions. When we called him about this house, we had already had two other agents at a different agency ghost us. My family member suggested Jason to us, and when we reached out, Jason jumped right in to help us. He was super reliable, quick to respond to all our calls, and to get us an appointment for a tour. It was truly a wonderful experience buying our first home through Jason.

Jason did a fantastic job finding the house that fit my needs and wants. He was always available beyond routine service. He provided essential information that helped me in decision process. Jason is knowledgeable, efficient and supportive. This is the second time my family is using his services and hopefully not the last. Thank you, Jason!

Jason was quick and very responsive. As first time homebuyers, we didn't really know what we were doing. Jason was a great guide. He was honest, patient, and flexible. He made the process painless and helped us get a wonderful home. I highly recommend him.
