We were only in the area for the weekend to look at homes. We had not contacted a realtor before hand and just started out doing drive bys. We found 2 places that really interested us and Theresa showed them both on an hours notice. We wanted a second viewing on Sunday evening and again Theresa was there with a smile on her face and assisted us in making an offer that night. She was very responsive to our offer and negotiated the price we wanted. She was realistic to the prices and home?s value. There was some glitches with clearing the title but she stayed with us and carried the sale out over 4 months with us 1500 miles away. This sale was not a huge amount but she treated us as if we were buying a million dollar home. When and if we buy another home in the Englewood, FL area she would be our realtor.

Theresa has assisted us in buying/selling three houses over the past 4 years. Our experience with Theresa has been exceptional. We even called Theresa after closing with some issues that we had and she was as concerned and helpful after closing as she was during the process of selling our house.
