Once under contract, Walter expertly guided us through the many steps to closing and was onsite for us for the inspections, repairs and final walkthrough. He identified local resources for the home repairs, pool service, insurance, utilities, pest control and landscaping. Walter personally reviewed that all the repairs were completed properly and even delivered the required documents to the water company. Because of his attention to detail and commitment, we were able to close on the Florida home from Kentucky. His communication skills and responsiveness to emails, texts and phone calls is outstanding. He initiated communications whenever he thought there was something we needed to know or do and we could always rely on his prompt reply to our questions. He hosted a preview showing for other realtors and brought back to us their input. He gave us fair warning for clients to come and view our home.
