My family and I moved from Michigan and were referred to Ed by many who highly recommended him. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of Jacksonville, he listened and understood our wants and needs as far as the area we were looking to move into and the features we wanted in a house, which was super important considering we had never explored Jacksonville before and were completely ignorant to its good and bad parts. During every showing, he was very thorough and thought to check the aspects of the house that we didnt think to check. I very much appreciated that as I know I was blinded by excitement. Ed handled everything he possibly could as fast as he could and took mounds of stress off of our move for us! The man is a machine; I honestly dont know if he sleeps. He is crazy busy but you would never know it unless you asked because he makes you feel as if youre his only client. We would work with him again and again and will be referring him to anyone looking for a realtor in Jacksonville!
