Coldwell Banker United Realtors

Penny gave us a detailed market analysis when we listed our home. She monitored activity on our house and in the market. We received prompt responses to all of our questions. She was resourceful and even helped to sell some of our furniture. Selling your home can be very stressfulbut Pennys experience and great sense of humor made it an enjoyable experience. We highly recommend her services.

My husband and I have used Penny since 2016 for several transactions now both to buy and sell houses. We have worked with other realtors in the past but Penny is the best by far. We will not use another realtor unless Penny moves or retires! She is honest and trustworthy and cares about her clients. She has been a realtor in the Cypress and surrounding areas for many years so she is very knowledgeable about many areas. Penny cares that you are getting a fair deal and will shoot straight about the pros and cons when either buying or selling. I HIGHLY recommend that you contact Penny Michael when buying or selling any real estate deals!

Penny is extremely excellent in person skills, local knowledge, always responsive, knows negotiatingWe very much appreciated all that was done on our behalf.LT

My husband and I were first time home buyers and were intimidated by the experience at first but then we met Penny and she made the process so smooth! Penny showed us house after house and never made us feel like we were taking up to much time or discouraged by how long it was taking us to find the one. Penny is patient, honest, and hilarious which made the process less stressful and was far more fun than I thought it could be. I would recommend Penny to everyone, when the time comes for my family to either sell or buy a new home I know I will be using Penny again in a heartbeat.
