ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I were first time home buyers and were intimidated by the experience at first but then we met Penny and she made the process so smooth! Penny showed us house after house and never made us feel like we were taking up to much time or discouraged by how long it was taking us to find the one. Penny is patient, honest, and hilarious which made the process less stressful and was far more fun than I thought it could be. I would recommend Penny to everyone, when the time comes for my family to either sell or buy a new home I know I will be using Penny again in a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED Penny gave us a detailed market analysis when we listed our home. She monitored activity on our house and in the market. We received prompt responses to all of our questions. She was resourceful and even helped to sell some of our furniture. Selling your home can be very stressfulbut Pennys experience and great sense of humor made it an enjoyable experience. We highly recommend her services.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I have used Penny since 2016 for several transactions now both to buy and sell houses. We have worked with other realtors in the past but Penny is the best by far. We will not use another realtor unless Penny moves or retires! She is honest and trustworthy and cares about her clients. She has been a realtor in the Cypress and surrounding areas for many years so she is very knowledgeable about many areas. Penny cares that you are getting a fair deal and will shoot straight about the pros and cons when either buying or selling. I HIGHLY recommend that you contact Penny Michael when buying or selling any real estate deals!

ZillowVERIFIED I was in an emergency situation when I contacted Penny. I had already sold my house & had a very limited amount of time to find a new house & move. I was not at all familiar with the area but Penny knew every detail, down to individual streets in each neighborhood. She was fast, efficient and a terrific negotiator. She really went to bat for me and I had total trust in her. She knows what she's doing and she is at the top of the list as far as I'm concerned. I would highly recommend her to anyone and, if I ever have to move again, I will definitely call on her expertise again!

ZillowVERIFIED I was a first time homebuyer and had such a wonderful experience house hunting with Penny. She was referred to me and my wife by a family member and we are so glad we went with her. Complete transparency and extremely professional! She was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure me and my wife knew what we were buying before we put an offer in. Do not expect her to sugar coat anything she will be very honest with you and wouldn't try to put you or your family in anything that isn't good enough for her and her family. She is very familiar with the area we were looking in Cypress/Spring and was always willing to act as fast as we were. I cannot recommend her highly enough!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Penny Michael came highly recommended by our previous realtor. We loved how straightforward she was, and how helpful she was telling us how to get the house ready to sell. She had an excellent understanding of the neighborhood and local pricing. She brought in an excellent pair of stagers in and a fine photographer just before the open house. The open house was well attended and we had multiple offers the next day. We enjoyed working with Penny Michaeland are grateful for her expertise.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I moved from New Jersey and started looking for a new home this year. Penny became our realtor to represent the buyer.Penny was very familiar with the area we were searching. She provided us sufficient knowledge of each subdivision in this area so that we could have a clear picture of house arrangement. As a very considerate person, she checked the location of my husbands office carefully and selected the best subdivisions we needed to look at first to make sure we would have convenient commute each day from home to work; Since we were the first time single family house buyer, we needed professional instructions for the house quality. Penny was the right person. For each house we checked, she explained the pros and cons of the internal layout including the backyard to us so that we could decide whether the house fitted our needs or not. Also she would like to share her opinion of the environment surrounded the house to help us make the right decision; Price was very important for each buyer. As a realtor who was on behalf of the buyer, Penny dealt with the builder to get a very reasonable price for our house; After closing, Penny also liked to answer any questions we had of how to maintain the house. Penny is a very responsible person who cared for her clients. We are very lucky to have her as our realtor.

Penny walked in and we knew we'd found the right person. She was awesome! Her advice, honesty, knowledge and ability were excellent. And her communication was superb. Penny sold our house fast and for a great price. I highly recommend Penny to anyone wanting to sell their house.

ZillowVERIFIED I bought my home here in Cypress with Penny's help almost 10 years ago and was extremely satisfied with her knowledge and professionalism. We conducted most of our communication over emails and phone as I was out of state at the time on a temporary assignment. All I needed to do was fly in for a final walk through of three great properties and put an offer on one.

ZillowVERIFIED First off i would like to say having perfect remarks should not be possible but it's hard to say anything negative when a person makes you believe and trust them from day one. Our experience and time with Penny during the selling/ buying process was stressfull but on those days when we had no answer Penny was their to steer us and provide the information we needed to move on , and provide experience, confidence, and sometimes that friendly talk you need to help you make big decisions. Through the whole buying selling process you really get to know someone and Penny is someone now we can thankfully consider a friend, and our future realtor for years to come. Make no doubt's about it her services are superb!!

ZillowVERIFIED We chose Penny from the reviews we had read on Zillow and a few other internet search reviews. The reviews were right, Penny Michael was by far the best realtor we have ever had. She went over and beyond her duties to help us sell our house. She was extremely knowledgable and easy to communicate with. Penny responded quickly to questions we had and constantly kept us updated through email, text and phone calls. Since we were moving almost 2,000 miles away we wanted to sell most of our furniture and Penny was even there to help us with that. We have nothing but positive things to say about our experience with her.

ZillowVERIFIED I used Penny to sell and buy a property; my house sold within 2 days. Her pictures and advertising of my home were excellently done. Her knowledge of the process/industry was impressive, and she walked me through every step of the way. She was very personable, always available, and kept in contact with me daily. We bought a house from very difficult sellers that were unwilling to do repairs or negotiate. Her perseverance paid off in the end after several failed attempts; the sellers finally came down on their price. Penny was so enjoyable to work with. I not only found a great realtor, but also a wonderful friend. I highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED We found Penny through Zillow when we started our home buying process. As first time home buyers, my fiancA(C) and I really didnt know what to do. We read some reviews and found quite a few great ones on Penny Michael so we contacted her and decided she was the one for us within the first 10 minutes of talking with her. She took a personal interest in our story, requirements and dreams when it came to our first home. She guided us and explained things that a person not in the real estate business would know. We decided to have our home built and she remained with us during every step of the way, from signing our contract, to going to the design studio, to helping us deal with our mortgage lender, she really gave us a sense of comfort throughout the entire process. Both my fiancA(C) and I would highly recommend Penny to anyone looking to buy or sell their home, but especially to first time home buyers because she will always be there for you.

ZillowVERIFIED I originally hired Penny because my previous Agent was not aggressive. Penny proved to be both professional and aggressive and immediately had the property listed and ready for showings. I relocated 2300 miles away and Penny was available for anything I needed for the sale of my home. She made herself available for any required repairs on the home, had contractors available for me, and kept in close contact me through the entire process. Documents were sent and signed electronically and she kept on top of the sale process from the signing of the Agreement of Sale to the actual sale, and made things happen. She was a great asset to me and I would recommend her to anyone who wants to sell their property. Throughout the entire process, Penny was the ultimate professional and even after the sale, I required several documents, and Penny sent them to me immediately. She is a wonderful woman, and a professional Agent, and she has my highest recommendation.
