Denise is so nice and professional, she helped us to finally find a perfect new home for us in the craziest housing market, the Austin area. We had to bother her every weekend since I need to work on weekdays. She was so patient and responsible for all our requests and problems. At last, Denise got everything done for our new house within 12 days as the sellers' requests, including contract, inspection, appraisal, mortgage, closing, etc. Denise is the greatest realtor you can find and I cannot stop recommending her to all the people who want to sell or buy a house. Last but not the least, she is also a good friend who is willing to help you as best as she can with all your issues.
