she was amazing, we haven't purchase or sold a home in 22 years and so many things have changed over the years she explained the process listen carefully and was available at all times if we needed her we highly recommend her!

Professionally well prepared.

We have used Ellen 3 times to buy a house, yes we move a lot! She is wonderful to work with. Ellen takes the time to listen to your needs and she found the right houses to show us each time. Even in this crazy market we were able to find the right house in a short amount of time thanks to Ellen. Have Ellen Williams help you with you housing needs and you will not regret it!!

We hired Ellen to help us with purchasing a home. Her experience in the area showed, and she was an excellent guide from start to finish. She was honest with us when certain houses looked like they might have issues, and during the negotiation process listened to our concerns. We always felt like she was on our team. A true professional and a pleasure to work with.

In starting the housing search we researched to find the right Agent to work with and we are so glad we chose Ellen Williams of Coldwell Banker. Working with Ellen was a very pleasant experience in what was a challenging process given the extremely competitive market in the 2022 season. Her extensive knowledge of the Plainfield and surrounding area was invaluable in searching for the right house for us. As first time home buyers she guided us through the process in a proactive and pragmatic way helping us connect the dots with suggestions and advise that helped us move efficiently through the closing process.
