Mary Dale was an absolute pleasure to work with! From start to finish, she and all her recommended professionals were timely and always kept us in the loop every step of the way. Communication was excellent aEUR" I never had to wonder what was happening during the process. Their attention to detail and proactive approach made everything smooth and stress-free. We couldnt have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Mary to anyone buying or selling a home!

We have worked with Mary on a number of homes over the years and once again, she got the job done for us. Her attention to detail and willingness to answer questions along the way is amazing. Marketing photos, drone footage, interior video walk-throughs are all very well done and make the presentation of the property so professional looking. Thanks, Mary! Great job. Highly recommend.

We've used Mary on several occasions and have always been impressed with her knowledge, professionalism and work ethic. She's able to get the job done and a pleasure to work with. We'd definitely use her again and often refer others to her. Thanks for a job well done Mary!

We just bought with Mary in April of 26. Wed 100% recommend her to anyone looking to buy. She communicated well, was very knowledgeable, and never pressured us into anything. She was very patient and all around great to work with. Look forward to using her again
