ZillowVERIFIED We have worked with Mary on a number of homes over the years and once again, she got the job done for us. Her attention to detail and willingness to answer questions along the way is amazing. Marketing photos, drone footage, interior video walk-throughs are all very well done and make the presentation of the property so professional looking. Thanks, Mary! Great job. Highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Omg Mary is awesome she deserves more than 5 stars. I previously had a horrible experience with another realtor as a first time homebuyer. I wished I met Mary sooner she is an expertise at what she does. She made me feel so comfortable with the whole process with her nurturing spirit. I was able to sell my home in the aEURoecoming soonaEUR? stage in about 3 days because of her marketing skills is phenomenal.I'm moving to a different state and I wish I can take her with me. I cant thank her enough !!!

ZillowVERIFIED If I could give Mary 10 stars in each category I would because she honestly and truly deserves it. Mary helped my wife and I buy and sell our home which both transactions went smoothly. Furthermore, we moved out of state and was expecting the same level of professionalism and expertise as Mary Dale but was quite disappointed. If other realtors were as attentive to their clients needs as Mary, buying and selling would be more enjoyable. We highly recommend her, hands down she is the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Mary was my agent when I bought my property 2 years ago and recently helped me sell the property. She once again made the process so easy. Got the numbers where we needed them to be, gave me great tips for preparing the house to be shown and answered all my many questions. We got an offer from the first showing and I couldn't be happier with how it all worked out!

ZillowVERIFIED Mary is wonderful to work with! When we moved from the area she helped us sell our house and was very honest and helpful. When we returned to the area during a very difficult buying market, she aggressively searched and worked on our behalf. The amazing thing about Mary is she does everything with a kind and caring heart. She is aggressive, but does it with such amazing character. She is phenomenal, skilled and knowledgeable about her job! I would HIGHLY recommend using Mary for your next real estate needs!

ZillowVERIFIED Mary is an incredible ally in buying and selling a home in the area. She has in-depth knowledge of the area, the market, and future trend expectations. She understands the value each home has (or doesnt have) and helped tremendously in negotiation. She quickly discerned our style and desires and didnt waste our time with homes that werent a good fit, not simply wanting us to buy any house, but helped us find THE house. We highly, highly recommend Mary.

ZillowVERIFIED Mary truly is THE best in the business. Buying and selling houses is a daunting task, but she made it as effortless as possible. We are checklist people, and she provided step-by-step instructions the whole way through. On top of that, she is very personable and relational, doing her best to truly get to know her clients and their families outside of the sale. I have already recommended her to our friends, and will continue to do so!

ZillowVERIFIED Mary Dale was a refreshing help in this intimidating market/ business. She was able to assess and advise us on potential homes with surprising speed accuracy. She was very available and responsive at different times of day and on different days. This was crucial in this competitive market! She helped us make the best offers and even guided us when a home of interest might not suit our needs. She helped us find the perfect home and advised us when we were trying to meet our budget at and after closing. She made swift contact with our lender to make sure our costs were clarified before making an offer within minutes of making known our interests in a home! This gave us the confidence and knowledge to compete in this competitive market. We ended up in the perfect home in a great location with our strict time frame of finding a home. She continued to assist us in making sure the lender and title company had everything in order so closing would be on time. She even helped us to make sure our transition into our new area/home was clear and understood by us to make sure we had no problems and met the deadlines in our new home. Great experience!!

ZillowVERIFIED We have used Mary Dale as our realtor for at least 3 houses now. Obviously we have been very happy with what she has done. Both from a sellers side and a buyers. The biggest thing is she got to know what we like and we would use her as a sounding board when deciding on whether or not to even look at a house. She was very good at knowing what my wife and I were looking for. However, even when she knew a house wasn?t right for us, she still took the time to set up a viewing if we asked. So in a word to describe Mary Dale- trustworthy. I could use a second word for her- Hardworking. Great qualities when deciding on who to use as your realtor. Highly recommend

ZillowVERIFIED Mary was recommended to me. Im fortunate she was my realtor. She was more than helpful during the process of looking for a home. She knows the county really well, so I think that helped steer me in the right direction regarding location when I let her know what it was I was looking for in a community and a home. I believe her being voted best in county was well-deserved. Just let her know your price range, some details as to what youre looking to buy, and she is more than able to help you find a home. I was happy enough with her to come back to this review a week later, despite my hectic schedule. You dont be disappointed with her.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Mary was a dream. We had fun everytime we looked for houses and she was able to zero in on the intagible qualities of a house that were important to us. She is super-knowlegable about the area, a savvy negotiator, and is genuinely interested in meeting the needs of her clients (vs. just making a sale). We are delighted with our new house and will absolutely use Mary for our next real estate transaction.
