Coldwell Banker Sunstar Realty

Dawn was great to work with. She was easy to reach and stayed in great communication with us. She is very diligent with every step of the process and helped us get through what we thought was a minor issue but actually was a major problem to close on our purchase. We would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling in the area.

Shellee and Jimmy were the absolute best realtors I have ever dealt with. They were always available, knew the market, priced my house perfectly and secured a great buyer in just three days! Who could ask for more.

Shellee was a great calming force in a very difficult time getting to closing. She was great at keeping us informed throughout the entire process from listing to finally closing.

When I inherited a Florida home in 2020, I was fortunate to find Dawn Driver. Dawn is familiar with the area as well as the long process for property to get through Probate. Being a Seller from Massachusetts who was unfamiliar with the Florida home, she quickly became my trusted ally in the process. Dawn went above and beyond my expectations with her personalized service. I would highly recommend Dawn Driver in a heartbeat.

Very professional, easy to work with, quick to respond to inquiries, made the process seamless, knowledgeable, would highly recommend. We live in another state and we were very comfortable having Shellee handle all the details of our sale.
