ZillowVERIFIEDDawn was great to work with. She was easy to reach and stayed in great communication with us. She is very diligent with every step of the process and helped us get through what we thought was a minor issue but actually was a major problem to close on our purchase. We would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling in the area.

ZillowVERIFIED When I inherited a Florida home in 2020, I was fortunate to find Dawn Driver. Dawn is familiar with the area as well as the long process for property to get through Probate. Being a Seller from Massachusetts who was unfamiliar with the Florida home, she quickly became my trusted ally in the process. Dawn went above and beyond my expectations with her personalized service. I would highly recommend Dawn Driver in a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED Dawn is the cream of the crop when it comes to realtors. She is extremely knowledgeable about the housing market in North Port and surrounding areas. Also, after listening to my concerns and preferences, she went the extra mile to find properties that were very much what I was looking for and within my budget. And to put the icing on the cake, she worked with the title company to get my house closed within record time. Any seller or buyer looking for a realtor would find Dawn to be a great choice.

ZillowVERIFIED Dawn was a miracle worker for us! We live in Michigan and she sold our Florida condo in 90 days (Even during COVID-19)!! She went above and beyond her real estate duties to list, show and even clean out the condo for us. She is professional and efficient in her communications and highly motivated. She is so kind, honest and truly looks out for her clients! I wish I had another home to sell so that I could continue to work with her!

ZillowVERIFIED I have never seen someone work as hard and dilligently as Dawn did for my mother in law. She went above and beyond of what is expected of an agent. In my opinion, Dawn did not make enough money for all the work she did. If I ever buy or sell a house anywhere near Dawn, i will be using her services.

ZillowVERIFIED I can't say enough good things about Dawn. She made herself available to me when I needed. I flew down a few times and we looked at everything that looked promising. She helped narrow the search down with her extensive knowledge of the area and properties. Even when inspections did not go well she was there to start over. I did not have a big budget and she worked just as hard as if it had been large. If you want an agent that will do everything in her power to find you a home you will be happy with look no further. I could go on and on about how helpful and professional she is. You will not find a better agent!! I move on an average of every 3 years and have dealt with many agents across the country and she is the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Dawn helped us find our dream home from another state. When we started looking, I told her we may not purchase right away but she did not mind. She offered to go to houses and videotape them for us with no pressure. When we were approaching the closing date, there were some issues and I really did not think it would close on time, but Dawn went above and beyond to ensure everything closed smoothly and on time. This was by far the easiest closing on a house we have ever had and it was largely due to Dawn coordinating everything. If you want a agent that will work really hard for you, Dawn is that person!

ZillowVERIFIED Dawn was so professional and such a great help in every way through the selling process. We lived far away from the listed home and so she took care of the home and everything needed in a very timely manner. Always available and prompt to answer. I am yet to find an agent as Dawn who went above and beyond what her role calls for. If you are selling or buying, Dawn is the one you need!!

ZillowVERIFIED Dawn is fabulous! She is very knowledgeable about the areas we were interested in. She gave great advice during our search and throughout the closing process. She even assisted with the sale of my previous house although she had no responsibility to do so. She is a real gem. Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Dawn was great from the beginning all the way through the home-buying process. We could not have made it without her. We had a couple of major bumps in the road that she expertly handled and smoothed them out so the process could be completed.
