Such an incredible home, buying experience with Judy. Although my condo purchase was not the largest she still gave it plenty of attention to detail and went above and beyond every step of the way! Highly recommend!

When our home didnt sell with the first agent, we knew we needed someone who would take a completely different approachaEUR"and thats exactly what we got with Judy Horvath. From day one, she came in with a clear plan and executed it step by step. She didnt just relist our homeaEUR"she transformed it. Judy guided us through everything that needed to be done before hitting the market, from staging and deep cleaning to the final touches that truly made a difference. The end result was a home that felt brighter, more spacious, and completely photo-ready. The difference in results was immediate. The first time around, our home sat on the market for six months and only had about five showings total. With Judy, we had that same level of activity in just one weekend from a single open house. That alone said everythingaEUR"who you work with truly matters. Her work ethic is unmatched. She went all inaEUR"strategic marketing, consistent open houses, and even door knocking to create real momentum and bring in buyers. You could tell she wasnt going to stop until the job was done. Most importantly, she got us to the finish line. Thanks to Judy, we were able to sell and confidently move into our next chapter. If you want someone who shows up, puts in the work, and delivers real results, Judy is the one. I would absolutely use her again and recommend her without hesitation.

Working with Judy was the BEST decision I made when buying a home in St. Pete! She is diligent, competent, fair, honest, genuine, and truly goes above and beyond. What could have been an overwhelming and complicated purchase ended in the best possible outcome for me thanks to her relentless dedication. On top of that, Judy is well connected and introduced me to high-quality vendors (contractors, lenders, insurance, etc.) who made the entire process seamless.

I'm really fortunate to have chosen Judy as the listing agent for my condo. First of all, I was blown away by the quality of the listing photos she had taken (seriously go look up her listing photos to see for yourself how great they are) and by how well she marketed the listing in general. Judy had my condo under contract in just eight days(!), exceeding all previous expectations I had after seeing many other condos sitting on the market for much longer. She was also incredibly effective at moving the sale forward on schedule, despite many challenges such as the buyers original lender backing out (in that case, she quickly connected the buyer with a lender she found who had previously provided financing for condos within that same complex, which allowed the sale to be completed as planned).

So glad I found Judy Horvath to work with to sell a condo that I inherited. A truly dedicated professional that made me feel like I was her only client. Her advice was invaluable, and despite some hiccups which she tackled head on, we were able to close incredibly fast at the full asking price. If you are buying or selling contact Judy, you will be in great hands.
