Sophia was a pleasure to work with from the very start! My partner and I were touring local open houses, looking to buy a home. Over the course of several months, we had come across a number of real estate agents showing homes. Once we met Sophia, we knew immediately we wanted her to guide us through the process. We told her the day we met her that we had found our agent! Sophia went above and beyond answering all of our questions and concerns. She was patient, kind, and didnt pressure us at to buy something we were uncomfortable with. She was so incredibly helpful through the purchasing process too, checking in multiple times. If you?re looking for a realtor to be 100% for you and on your side, Sophia is the one for you! Our hunt to buy a house was beyond stressful with being outbid on our first offer and searching in a very small area, but Sophia was always there reassuring us that the perfect house would come along...and it did! After getting our offer accepted we ran into every obstacle possible including, but not limited to, the bank incorrectly submitting our paperwork not once, not twice, but three times. Because of all of the delays with the bank and grant we were going through, it ended up being a stressful 4 month process from the time of the offer to the closing date. When I tell you that Sophia was there for us for EVERYTHING in between, I mean EVERYTHING....the bank knew her number and mine without caller ID. In all seriousness, we wouldn?t have chosen anyone else to get the job done and neither should you!
