ZillowVERIFIED Sophia found a few tenants for me to pick from to rent one of my apartments. Its always more difficult to find a new tenant right after the holidays, but she got right on it and was able to find a couple of prospects. She new who would be a good fit and who wouldnt for the size of place that I was renting. When ever I had a question she always got back to me very quickly. In the past when I would look for a tenant on my own it turned into a second part time job, like taking many odd phone calls and showing the place with people not showing up on time. Now when I need a new tenant, I just give her the key to the place and she does all the work, background check, phone calls, showing the place, etc. I will definitely be using Sophia again. Our hunt to buy a house was beyond stressful with being outbid on our first offer and searching in a very small area, but Sophia was always there reassuring us that the perfect house would come along...and it did! After getting our offer accepted we ran into every obstacle possible including, but not limited to, the bank incorrectly submitting our paperwork not once, not twice, but three times. Because of all of the delays with the bank and grant we were going through, it ended up being a stressful 4 month process from the time of the offer to the closing date. When I tell you that Sophia was there for us for EVERYTHING in between, I mean EVERYTHING....the bank knew her number and mine without caller ID. In all seriousness, we wouldn?t have chosen anyone else to get the job done and neither should you!

ZillowVERIFIED Theres no way to say it except for my wife and I would not have had a house if it wasnt for Sophia. We were put in a spot where our original loan fell through after our offer was accepted and we had to secure a new loan in 3 days. Sophia spent all day calling mortgage loan officers and by the end of day 1 had me in touch with several different local banks and by the end of day 2 we had a new loan secured. Not only that but she negotiated to have the seller cover costs for a few things that came up during the inspection and saved us a lot of money. ZillowVERIFIED Sophia helped coordinate an entire day of viewings for me when I was visiting the Clinton area about 1.5 months before moving here. The day that I reached out, I left her a voicemail and she called back within two hours, offering amazing services. She asked me what exactly I was looking for, what my price range was, how far away from work I was willing to live, among other things. Then, she went to work. She sent me a list of approximately 20 apartments for me to rank, and based on my choices for the ones that I wanted to see, she reached out to the landlords and scheduled viewings. On the day that I was visiting, one of the scheduled viewings got cancelled, but instead of just sitting there, Sophia reached out to another landlord and scheduled a viewing in its place so that my time wasnt wasted. I ended up going with an apartment with a landlord that I was in communication with prior to contacting Sophia, but not because of her ability; rather, I liked this apartment the best for it met all of the criteria I was looking for.
