Coldwell Banker Sellers Realty

Belia is an excellent communicator and is so dependable and helpful. She is friendly and really knows the area. I bounced a lot of questions off of her, and she had good options to offer and answers to my questions and took the time to explain processes. You will be in good hands with her and she is definitely going to be my go to for future realtor needs.

I would not hesitate to recommend Belia to anyone who is looking for a home in this area. Belia was incredibly helpful in my wife and I buying our home, and we never would have been able to do it without her. My wife and I were looking at homes in the Humboldt interior and trying to find a realtor to represent us. Everyone we reached out to was slow to respond and difficult to arrange viewings with. Until we were given Belia's information. She was immediately on top of it and helped us go see the house we were most interested in. She was also able to get us in contact with a contractor so that we could get a ballpark for the work that we knew we wanted to do on the house if we got it. Because of difficulties with the title, lenders, and seller, the whole process of buying that house took almost 4 months. However, that whole time Belia was communicating with us on the current status and what was happening next, and trying to get ahold of whoever she could to move the process forward. Eventually, she got it over the finish line, and I genuinely believe if we didn't have her, the sale never would have gone through. By my wife's and my experience, Belia is far and away the most competent realtor in the area, and we have every confidence in her ability.

Belia was fantastic to work with. Excellent communication, total professional throughout. Her knowledge of off grid properties was extremely helpful when it came to listing, marketing and selling our property.
