Because of difficulties with the title, lenders, and seller, the whole process of buying that house took almost 4 months. However, that whole time Belia was communicating with us on the current status and what was happening next, and trying to get ahold of whoever she could to move the process forward. Eventually, she got it over the finish line, and I genuinely believe if we didn't have her, the sale never would have gone through.
