Coldwell Banker Sea Coast

Holly was a rockstar! We had a complicated renovation, a home sale, and buying a new home. My husband and I took turns having little freak outs. But Holly was always steadfast and reliable. She got us an amazing offer on our old house, it was only on the market for five days. And we got a really great deal on our new house, in the neighborhood we wanted!!! She even went above and beyond after all the sales were final, when our AC (that was supposed to be fixed prior to our moving in) was not working, she contacted the company that had completed the repairs after 9pm and they were out fixing the AC less than 12 hours later!!! I highly recommend Holly for all your real estate needs!

Fantastic she helped us through every step in finding our forever home. She always kept us up to date with everything as well. Would highly recommend Holly to anyone!

My wife Bernadette and I met Holly Griffith over two years ago. We were visiting my son and his family who had just moved to Swansboro, North Carolina, and we decided we would like to purchase a second home there. First let me say that Holly is an absolutely wonderful person. We liked her from the moment we met. Holly is friendly outgoing, cheerful, family oriented. Her mission is to help you find the perfect home that meets your dreams, needs and budget. Over the time we spent looking at homes we kept changing the parameters of what our dream home would be. Over the two and a half years Holly assisted us in refining our search and finding the perfect house that met all our needs and dreams. Without Holly, we would never have been able to find the perfect home for us. The purchase of the home went smoothly and flawlessly. Holly gained our trust immediately. We highly recommend Holly without hesitation to anyone looking to find their dream home.

Selling a home can be stressful, but Hollys marketing strategy made a huge difference. Our home received multiple offers the day after it hit the market, which speaks volumes about the exposure and attention she generated. Were grateful for her help throughout the selling process and appreciate everything she did to get our home sold. If youre looking for a realtor who knows how to market a home and get results, we definitely recommend Holly!

Holly listed a flip I did in Hubert NC. She helped with the entire process including finding contractors, taking photos, and negotiating offers. I will hire her again to be my agent. It's hard to find a good agent that goes above and beyond these days. I can say Holly Griffith went above and beyond to make this a smooth transaction and negotiate the best offer I could have gotten. Thank you.
