Holly was a rockstar! We had a complicated renovation, a home sale, and buying a new home. My husband and I took turns having little freak outs. But Holly was always steadfast and reliable. She got us an amazing offer on our old house, it was only on the market for five days. And we got a really great deal on our new house, in the neighborhood we wanted!!! She even went above and beyond after all the sales were final, when our AC (that was supposed to be fixed prior to our moving in) was not working, she contacted the company that had completed the repairs after 9pm and they were out fixing the AC less than 12 hours later!!! I highly recommend Holly for all your real estate needs!

Holly was referred to us by my husband's employer and she absolutely did not disappoint. She was an absolute delight to work with. She was able to get us a showing on a house within an hour of us asking to see it, and had an offer submitted by the end of the day. She kept us up to date on what was happening and explained things in ways we could understand as first time home buyers. She has digital "flyers" that she would text us with FAQs and what to expect for each milestone of the home buying process which was extremely helpful for us and answered a lot of questions before we even had them. She was very patient with us when speed bumps came up and went above and beyond making calls to get us to closing when the original date had passed. Once closing arrived, she sent us a form to fill out to tell her a little about ourselves which she used to create a personalized housewarming gift basket - truly just the cherry on top of a wonderful experience. Holly went above and behind, this is not our first tome purchasing a home but it was our first time going through the process of a construction loan to get a house put on raw land. We started with nothing and found the land we wanted. We walked multiple parcels ranging from cleared with partial woods to fully wooded parcels. She was not afraid to voice concerns over some as well as try to get documents addressed by the selling dealer so closing wouldn't be delayed. If your looking for a realtor that won't just show you what you want but actually make sure its something you want then Holly is the one. We walked through muddy terrain, got chased by dogs and used plenty of bug spray to ward off the mosquitos, then finally found the right piece of land for us with Holly's help. She may not answer a call the first time but is quick to call back or respond to texts and emails. She answered all of our questions and when she didn't know she found out quick for us.
