Brett was a breeze to work with and helped us secure a lightning-fast sale for asking price. From initial meetings and walk-throughs to the final signing of documents, Brett was there for us every step of the way, answering every question and offering helpful advice throughout. His experience with the area really shows, and his attitude makes a difficult process much easier than expected. I can't recommend him enough!

Brett and his team was a pleasure to work with and helped me find the perfect new home in Wilmington, NC. Even when I asked to see houses on short notice, he was very responsive and showed up. He knows the Wilmington market and helped me negotiate an excellent deal on the home I wanted! He answered all of my questions & concerns and gave me peace of mind that I was buying the right house in the right location!

Brett was easy to work with, professional, and always quick to respond which I feel is important when buying or selling. He kept us informed and frequently offered suggestions and/or advice. He was willing to meet in person although we communicated mostly via text and e-mail. We would use him again and would highly recommend.

Brett is a seasoned real estate professional. He is abundantly knowledgeable about the market and has a confident, calm, and pleasant approach. He was great at explaining our options each step of the way. We would use Brett and his team again.

This was the 2nd time working with Brett - he helped to sell my previous home and purchase another. On both ends he was very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods and markets, and his team helped facilitate everything to move efficiently and smooth.
