ZillowVERIFIED Brett was extremely helpful throughout the purchase process of our new home. We bought from out of the city so Brett went by a few places for us to prevent unwanted trips. Brett wasted no time when we needed to see a property and ultimately submit an offer. He helped us navigate the difficulties of negotiating with a very poor listing agent. He followed up regularly with us and the listing agent ensuring all parties remained updated. His experience and expertise were evident throughout the entire process. I would recommend Brett to anyone looking to purchase/sell a property in the Wilmington area.

ZillowVERIFIED When we decided to sell out house we contacted Brett Knowles at Coldwell Banker as he had sold a house of a friend. Since he is a lifetime resident of Wilmington, BrettaEUR~s knowledge of the market and the area was a real asset in how he handled the sale of our home. Within two days of placing our home on the market we had five offers and were extremely pleased with how he advised us during the negotiations. ZillowVERIFIED Brett was well prepared and gave excellent advice on preparing our house for sale. He was supportive throughout the process. We received 2 offers on the day it was listed, both over asking price, which we believe was mostly due to us doing our best to follow his advice. Highly recommended.

ZillowVERIFIED Our home in Wilmington NC was listed one day and we left for Texas the next day. No problem. From our first meeting with Brett until the sale proceeds were deposited in the bank, Brett and his professional staff managed every detail of the sale. Each step was clearly communicated and the software was friendly and easy to use. The sold price of our home set a new record for our subdivision, a tribute to the excellence that Brett brings to the real estate market and to the experienced staff at Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage.

ZillowVERIFIED This was our 4th real estate transaction over the years with Brett. It's always good to deal with a trusted friend , but Brett and the folks in his office are top notch. From pre-listing advice and strategy to photography, to referring tradesmen for repairs, to negotiations, to closing and post-sale follow up, Brett and his staff were right there with us. Start to finish. We were under contract in less than 2 weeks and closed right on time.

ZillowVERIFIED Brett and his team were awesome to work with for the sell of our previous home and the purchase of our new home. Our home was listed professionally and Brett was able to obtain an offer above the listing price in the first week. The closing went smoothly which was largely due to the timely communication regarding any of our concerns. He is very knowledgable of the area an up to date on the real estate market for a buyer or seller.

ZillowVERIFIED Brett is super knowledgeable about this area- every house we looked at (which ended up being quite a few) he knew the schools, neighborhoods, attractions in the area, traffic, etc. He was patient with us looking at a bunch of houses and found leads on houses with the features we were looking for. When it came time to make offers he was a great advocate and negotiator for us. Over all great experience and would highly recommend Brett!

ZillowVERIFIED Brett Knowles is the ONLY realtor I will recommend! He listens, really listens to what you are saying (and not saying) to get the full picture of what you want in a home. He takes the time to educate you along the way and I always felt supported. I had a very particular area I was looking and there were not many houses available, and he reached out to past clients he had sold to and sent a mailing canvasing that area in case anyone was thinking of selling. He never left a stone unturned in his efforts to help us realize our dreams. He is extremely trustworthy, his customer service is impeccable, and I cannot convey enough how his knowledge of the area was such an integral part of us feeling confident in the location of our purchase. We were doing all of this from out of state, we had lived in Wilmington before, but it has grown tremendously in the last 2 decades and so we really leaned and valued his insights. So that's just the process of looking, then you find THE house...there is no way, NO WAY, we could have had an easier more supportive experience than the one Brett orchestrated for us. I cannot express the depth of our gratitude enough, again, he is the ONLY realtor we will recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED We recently moved back to the area and used Brett to purchase out home. This was our 4th time using Brett to help us with buying or selling a home! We move a lot and can always count on Brett to support and guide us through the property. We was willing to meet us at any time that was convenient which was primarily on the weekends. Since the housing market has changed a lot in Wilmington, Brett was able to coach us on keys to placing a winning offer. We got the house that we wanted and at a price that was within our budget. When we move or look for a new property, we will contact Brett!

ZillowVERIFIED Brett and his team were extremely easy to work with. Very easygoing and relaxed, which made for a great first time home buying experience. I dont think it couldve gone any better, really. He knows the area well, has been here a long time, and has been selling houses a long time. There are some people who check all 3 of those boxes and still havent mastered the art. Brett has, and it shows.

ZillowVERIFIED Brett Knowles has assisted me for many years in buying and selling homes. Brett is from Wilmington, he is well experienced and knowledgeable of the area and the growth over the years. Brett was exceptional when helping my elderly parents move from their home to a smaller home to meet their needs. Most recently, my new husband and I were merging two homes and purchased a new home together. Houses have been moving very quickly and Brett and his team were very responsive and efficient in helping us with the process and the purchase. We are very excited about our new home! We highly recommend Brett Knowles and his team! Mary Jefferies
