Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage

Josh is an outstanding agent ensuring that every detail of our purchase was thoroughly and accurately prepared. He provided information for all service contacts we would need to accomplish pre and post closing. He made sure that this was an OUTSTANDING and smooth process. Josh went way above and beyond our expectations. He is a prime example of how every person hopes to be treated and guided through this stressful process. Thank you Josh! Rick & Lisa Di Giorgio

Josh was a phenomenal realtor for our house sale. He was honest, respectful, timely in communication and actions needed. He answered every question we had thoughtfully and with as much detail as we needed. As we had already moved out of stated Josh also helped coordinate everything that was needed for our sale in NC and went out of his way to support us as best we could. I highly recommend Josh and his team if you are looking to buy or sell.

Tammie Cox is wonderful ! Exceeded our expectations. Found us our dream home fast . We will get up with her again to sell another house we have. Dont shop anywhere else ! Very enthusiastic. All the way till closing

Courtney came into my situation knowing it was an unusual one. She took the time to listen to what my situation was about, asked follow up questions and bounced ideas off me before I even hired her. Once I hired her Courtney was 2 feet to the ground running as fast as she could to sell my house. I needed it sold quickly. In just over 3 months she had my house show ready, listed, under contract and sold. Courtney help me navigate all the ins and outs of selling a home and put me in contact with the people I needed in order to make my home as perfect as possible. I would absolutely hire Courtney again to sell a home and when the time is right, Ill be hiring her to find a new home.

Since we were completely new to buying a house, we honestly had no idea what to do or how to do it! Andrea helped us with every step, question and never missed a beat when it came to something we needed. She helped us find our first house, and from the start to finish she was amazing! We could not recommend her enough, we truly are appreciative of everything!
